Complaining of his loneliness and of having been deprived of his carriage and horses. He is very despondent, and despairs of ever seeing his native country, relatives, and his correspondent again. He requests his friend to do what he can to further the interests of his brother, Fray Francisco Borbosa, who is a prelate and Clementine monk in Logrono.
